Our past trip! 2001 Australia "Our Best Trip Yet" This was the best of the best. Weather was beautiful, seas were calm, crew was exceptional, food was great and the boat was fabulous. We did a week live aboard on the Elizabeth E ll and dove the Great Barrier Reef and Coral Sea. Seen sharks, turtles, rays, all different kinds of stars, and every fish imaginable. Diving ranged from diving right off the boat to the corals bottoms, wall diving, night diving, we even were taken in the inflatable and dropped off and did a drift dive back to the boat. We traveled over 550 miles thru the Great Barrier Reef into the Coral Sea. Our last day of we dove the famous Yongula Wreck. We did 3 dives, seeing sharks, turtles and the wreck was completely intact. We could of dove 23 dives total in the week with visibility being 80 feet on the Great Barrier Reef to 150+ in the Coral Sea. Are schedule was eat, dive, sleep, eat, dive, sleep. The week was fantastic, I will be posting more pictures of the trip including the land base package with details also of Denny's Great White Adventure! Our Land package was arranged by Agtour Australia we visited the outback, rain forests and Sydney. It was a very rememberable trip. We seen everything from kangaroos, koala bears, lava tubes, rain forests, to the Harbor Bridge. Many beautiful views. Denny, Bill Allenbaugh, and Steve Logue did an adventure of their own while we did the land package. Check out these pictures!
After this experience when Denny met up with us in Sydney he informed me we will be booking another Australia Trip in 2008 and he said the Great White Encounter is a must. So if interested give us a call and we can keep you posted on details.
